From here on I will post things as they happen (or try to!) but you do need to read down to the bottom of the page to make sure you're up to speed on everything that has happened. Sorry I did it so "bassackwards"...

Everything looks great on the CT scan; Dr. Grim (the oncologist) says that the cancer in Gator's lung has shrunk up even more since the Chemo was stopped. The problem is that they found 1 or maybe 2 more lesions on his brain. We have to wait for Dr. Rockhill to give us a call and tell us what the next step is. He's the one who did the Gamma knife surgery on Gator. Pretty depressing news but we're thankful that they didn't find more spots on his brain!

Well, Dr. Rockhill finally called after about 2wks...he said they would schedule Gator an appointment at his office to discuss Gator having the Gamma knife again.

We got to the University of Washington Medical Center at about 2:30 for a 3:00 o'clock appointment with Dr. Rockhill. The people at the information desk in the front lobby sent us on a wild goose chase and so we got to where we were supposed to be with only 5 minutes to spare! We filled out the paperwork that took about a half and hour to complete and then finally got in to see the Doctor. He said that because Gator still has such a great quality of life, he is still mowing the yard (when he get's around to it!) and singing and woking, he would recommend having the Gamma knife done again. He could get whold brain radiation but we really want to hold off on that as long as we can. So I asked Dr. Rockhill how soon they could do it and he said "how's Thursday?"...Today is Tuesday! I said "Perfect!" and Gator just said "Whew!"...
